- Custom gas tank does away with the stock fuel gauge and utilizes two right handed screw bungs to accept late style gas caps.
- Fuel capacity is 5.1 gallons.
- Order gas caps separately.
The tank uses a stock style FXDWG dash console. - Tank is not for fuel injected models.
- Please test fitment before painting.
- Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements.
- Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks.
- We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean, condition and seal.
- This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion.
- Check petcock opening, making sure the petcock can be easily installed.
- Petcock fitting should bemasked or plugged during painting for easy installation.
